What is Print Ready File Production?

Every label, box and bag we design is printed. Print ready file work is how every printer takes our design and makes it into a real printed product. We are experts in all printing. Digital, Flexo, Offset, Silkscreen — Craftsmanship matters!

Amount of files in folder is always customized to your design.

AI Print File(s)
Contains your final print files that have all fonts converted to outlines to make sure there are no font issues when a printer opens up your final files. These files are created with final colors and final layers that are named and separated, contain UV coating, foils, spot colors, etc.

The AI print file(s); (Which can only be opened with the Creative Suite Software licensing) is carefully set up and separated for printing production. Consisting of dielines, artwork and elements that need particular printing techniques.

Native AI File(s)
Contains your Adobe Illustrator file(s) that you design was created in. These are the original files that will need to be altered and re-saved if you have alterations after approval. If changes are made to these files. All other files will need to be updated as well.

Links
This folder will contain all of your image files used in your design. Your printer will need these when opening up your files. These files are reviewed for resolution and CMYK color values for the highest quality of printing.

Fonts
This folder contains all the font files that are needed for the printer to load in case of any type changes to your files.

PDF Proof Only
This folder contains your approved proof that you have received from RHSB, Inc and can be used by your printer to confirm the file they open is the same as our files. This is not the printable file.
